A Rochester Bike Tour
9/30/2006
I took these pictures last week but I hadn't gotten around to making the "kml" file I needed to in order to display them like this...
I went on a bike ride around parts of Rochester last week and took pictures of notable things and then marked their GPS location after I took the picture. This made it so I now know exactly where the picture was taken and I can show them in Google Earth or Google Maps fairly easily.
Click here to see the "bike tour". The picture names are displayed on the left and where pictures were taken are displayed on the right. The pictures on the left are in order of when I took them. As you are looking at them you can tell the route I took on my bike. I'll eventually put these in the pictures section without the Google Maps display, but I'm burned out for now.
View the Rochester Bike Tour. You can enlarge pictures by clicking on them in the map.

Very cool.
Ahhhh, Dave that was so slick!!!! I really really really like the format, you can tell you spent a lot of time putting this together. I love it and wish I could pull something off like that!
Thanks for showing us some more of where you are living right now, the pictures are all very clever. I just might have to go back and look at that "slideshow" a few more times. Nice job. :)
That was pimp
